Lucas Noble joined Anderson|Biro as Director of Research in 2018 and has over 16 years of experience in Industry Research and Lead Generation. With a career devoted to executive research and recruiting, Lucas’ expertise is invaluable. His knowledge and ability to navigate the market enables us to streamline the sourcing process. He has been instrumental in revising our research strategies. His input influences every search, ensuring that we offer higher-quality candidates. He also keeps track of the best, most up-to-date insights to the talent pool and the most effective recruiting tools available. He has an honest and detailed approach, and he holds all of our projects to the highest standards for accuracy and integrity. Lucas thrives in the collaborative atmosphere here. His team-focus certainly comes through in his leadership style. In addition to directing the search for candidates, he also oversees our college interns and is a respected mentor to several of his colleagues.

Lucas is a graduate of Ohio University, where he earned his BA in Cultural Anthropology and a minor in Political Science. Outside of work, you can find him collecting military memorabilia and fishing with his dad. He competes with three national-level trivia teams, including nationally-ranked Sporcle.
